Schedule
Stacy and Laura asked me to come up with a schedule for the wedding day so that I don’t have to be the only one who will know if something hasn’t happened yet and should have etc! Here’s what I can think of right now…
| 10:00 AM | Ladies hair & makeup begins |
| 12:00 PM | Photographer arrives / Music rehearsal begins |
| 12:30 PM | Florist arrives |
| 1:00 PM | Guys’ photos with second photographer |
| 1:30 PM | Limo bus arrives (bridal party & family to church) |
| 1:45 PM | Rolls Royce arrives (Sarah & dad to church) |
| 2:00 PM | Ceremony |
| 2:45 PM | Photos at church (family and bridal party) |
| 3:00 PM | Photos in Quogue Park with bridal party (alternate in bridal suite if rain) |
| 4:15 PM | Bridal party takes trolley to Atlantica |
| 4:15 PM | S&P only photos |
| 4:30 PM | Trolley takes guests from hotel to Atlantica |
| 4:45 PM | Bridal party photos on beach |
| 5:15 PM | BP to cocktail party (if want to) |
| 6:00 PM | Introductions, first dance etc |
